You can't just look at what the result was, you have to check the ownership% that voted in each direction. If it's close enough, you're guaranteed that that shit will start passing starting next quarter.
Another thing to check is who owns large amounts of shares. Pic related. Note that insiders at the company own only ~200k shares each at most.
