you're right, however what is there to do but wait? ethereum is secure but slow, we need to wait for scaling solutions like zkproofs, off chain trusted compute, schnorr sigs, sharding, etc; chainlink is running but more notorious nodes need to on board and staking needs to be implemented (even with only trivial slashing conditions) for the reputation system to mature sufficiently; ethereum is also still a public chain and OTC derivatives (and other securities) MUST be private, mixicles, deco, and more mature TEEs are in the pipeline, there is still so much good that can and is likely to happen for chainlink but they're just not here yet, we wait
