Nobody on social media is going to get (You)s or engagement by saying that we are actually doing exceptionally well. See picrel. But the problem is really twofold. On one hand, there are consumers wanting to see the world burn (be it fantasies of apocalypse or parental neglect causing this "fuck the system" mentality).
But you also have the socialists in the media and tech companies trying to push this "late stage capitalism" narrative used to justify their 2030 agenda and more control into and over people's lives.
If you really think about it, it's just an extension of the climate hysteria. In both cases there are underlying issues, that are magnified to delusional scales by the establishment to obtain power and propelled by social media algorithms. And then you've got retards like >>57000385 or >>57000389 pretending that the whole of the left and reddit and the mainstream media isn't fearmongering the coming collapse of the economy, America, and the West in general. Just two weeks till the collapse of capitalism since 1867.
