Hi, /pmg/. What do you think about 1kg silver bars? I am going to pick one up for $2 over spot, pretty good price. My concern is its liquidity.

In general what kind of weights do you favor and why? I think there are lots of arguments to be made here. Obviously diversifying is a good idea but I have seen people argue that you should not buy big bars until you have hundreds or even thousands of single 1 ouncers. Thoughts?
