We will enact policy to expel commercial entities (landlords, investors, etc) from the residential real estate market. We will do this by imposing very high taxes on non-owner-occupiers (i.e. people who own the home but never live in it). If you are an owner-occupier, you do not pay the tax. Home prices will plummet. Landlords will seek to kill us.
