But true bag holders are not depressed, they are delusional, think about why XRP even though it has dropped 90%+ from it's ATH is still shilled so much.

Maybe if it starts making high lowers and gets breaks above some moving averages it might be reasonable to be bullish on XRP. But that hasn't happened yet and buying now is just reckless.

Don't try and dollar cost average or call 'the bottom' on a asset in a down trend like this. Better wait for a break above the 200 MA and for XRP to start making higher lowers. Then it would be fine to be bullish.
