yeah but what if the buy and hold is just when the initial big move happens like I dont have to try and capture every last cent of green by holding on for weeks months.whats dangerous about get in and out every once and awhile? this feels way safer than watching a whatever percent gain go negative a week later only to turn back around the next month.

I think everything was pretty much home cooked so no processed foods but back then as well people actually did physical work and walked more and stuff. Im really worried ill get dementia since im on the puter a lot
