i wagecaged for 11 years as a mechanic, saved 40k, tried to partner in a biz, moved outta state for 2 years, left job, left apt lease, biz didnt have gains big enough to pay returns and initial capital, got bought out, didnt like the area, moved in with mom at 37 last year, my entire life is in a pods container, i have night terrors thinking about working 6 days a week again, plz halp frens need ideas, i just want to buy a house, and have passive income to pay for it
