Here is my schedule. I've been doing it for a few months and it has significantly improved my life. I wish someone told me about it before.

>Wake up early in the morning
>Spend 25 minutes on PLANNING without interruptions
>Thoughts during PLANNING are written down into org-mode file
>Create todos, schedule them, plan everything starting from current day activities to long term things
>You can even create todos to think about certain things for X hours
>Rest of the day you just do the todos
>Go to sleep early, always at the same time. Take 1mg of Melatonin and you will be blessed with good sleep.

Also go to a gym regularly and take D3.
