If shares to BTC is a fixed ratio... then buying the ETF over market value is just paying a premium. Since you can't deposit BTC into the ETF's (thank you rat fuck Gary) - there is no opportunity to arbitrage. So how the fuck does this do anything? How do these ETFS add more BTC to their trust? Do they have to issue more shares then? Does that dilute the price for existing holders of the ETF. So many questions and I can't find the answers anywhere.
