Housing and real estate are absolutely in a bubble, but I think a bigger problem that will fuck everyone in a "non cyclical" manner may be diesel supply. we might have fucked up our diesel refinement supply chains and now get to experience a huge price increases at stores due to an inability to fulfill/adequately stock inventory and inputs. It won't be a total wreck, but hauling capacity will be even more strained than it already is.
