And that’s only in specific cases where a company is the one providing their own data through an API. Some of you who have absolutely no IQ points to spare should realize that if you want to have access to the data at all, it will need to come from somewhere that is centralized. Fuck.
If the data can be retrieved from more than one database or api etc etc then it will be that much more decentralized. But if Delta is the only one that wants to share their flight times, guess fuckin what, you have to use delta to get deltas fucking flight times. Otherwise don’t fucking use it at all cause a 100% decentralized form of data retrieval is impossible in a world where monopolies and capitalistic giants exist.
