Kadena is the only Layer1 which makes sense. There are only a few ways to scale which are realistic if you take into account the constraints of what a blockchain actually is. In a chain of blocks, you can't make blocks include a lot of transactions, and you can't produce them faster than the speed of light. The ways L1s scale is by changing those two parameters and shilling it as a revolution, the only way to actually scale is to produce MORE blocks, in parallel. Layer2 is doing something like that, isn't that cool! oh wait, L2 needs to settle to L1 which, yeah, means you still need to fit it into a single block.
So what's the actual solution, sharding, having lots of chains/shards that make blocks! Nice, which projects actually have that working right now? KDA and ... yeah. That's it.
