The foreigners are the worst. Walk down Queen Street mall in Brisbane and legitimately half of the foot traffic is those blank, yellow ants. Asians are not humans. I'm not exaggerating, it's 50%. These are all very valid, well thought out points. I particularly think that it's an interesting (and positive concept) to consider that perhaps, out of the disparate cultures which comprise India, a commonality was sought.

I do think however that the "politeness" is not at all a factor. Politeness from Indian culture stems from complimentary behaviour, inviting someone / offering them something, and pillars of nuclear familial structures whereby respect is an inherent value of a person's sex / birth status / family.

This is entirely different (in my appraisal) to stating to a potential employer that you absolutely can do an in-depth cyber security gateway controls audit, and assuring the client of such; despite the fact that you have no experience in doing so - and blundering your way through a failed project. Similarly, assuring a client that you can establish a fully operational cyber security operations centre, submitting a proposal outlying how you intend to do so, meeting with stakeholders and winning a bid, and then floundering your way through wasted millions because you have ZERO experience in anything IT related is just phenomenal. I think that's a systemic issue of over-confidence, and certainly not politeness. It's just bad business. I don't understand it, and don't understand why companies repeatedly fall for the Indian promises of success... It's probably because they've never done business with Indian organisations before. I feel so sorry for them, it's almost as bad as doing business in China.
