Am I being stupid here?

I buy .999 bullion when I can, usually from Chards. Price is around £25/26 per oz ($32/33). Lately however I've been finding deals on 0.925 coins on eBay, I can usually get a 28.28g coin for around £14 ($17.5) and I never pay more than £16 ($20). Current spot price shows the silver quantity of the coin to be at that high end.

Am I being an idiot as even though I'm usually getting spot or lower, it's still only a 0.925 commemorative coin. They're not fake either, acid/magnet test quite a few.
