Oh yeah, I've played enough Plague Inc to get a hang of those dynamics. But in order for it to overwhelm public health, mutate to escape immunity/treatment vaccines, or (ultimately) become a nuisance justifying 3-4x more annual TPOXX orders, I think it flat out needs more cases.

Now GME showed us a stock can go anywhere on hype and I do hold some SIGA, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it hitting 50 or 200 or whatever.
