Meh energy companies stock is usually tied to demand, and demand being what it is people are probably bearish on energy right now. I think in the long run it may end up a good deal. I bought quite a bit of this: http://www.fool.com/quote/nyse/chesapeake-energy/chk but who knows what energy is going to do. If they open the north atlantic for new natl gas wells I think energy could see a real comeback. It's a very speculative market.
