If Citadel were shorting since 2007 (chart looks like they were probably) then over the last 15 years they were shorting 200m shares / year (pre split) on a 74m float.

That equates to todays float of 848m shares / year post split.

Now most of this has probably happened in the last 2 years so if you were to be generous, they were still shorting a float a year MINIMUM
