Well yea im upset. I mean the annoying/dangerous shit aside, i was quoted 400 dollars on my fuckin fence. And these niggers want to just act like they didnt do it when you can SEE they did. Im afraid of really doing anything because im afraid of them fucking chimping out or fucking with my property somehow. Oh yea the back of my garage was caught on fire the other day. But i think that was just from someone, not the neighbors we're discussing, probably flicked a cigarette butt and the wind blew it and it burnt up the grass behind my garage.

I mean, like i said, im pretty sure theyre already selling crack there just cause theres ALWAYS people coming and going. And i dont think they work. Sometimes theyre gone but most the time it seems like they never do anything. I hate them.
