I'd consider it, but what I do know of Corona (t. Anon who called it back in January because I worked at an airport and 'knew' a few people abroad, in turn investing his life savings in PMs) here's my extended take;
1. The virus is not just a medical topic, but a very political topic. The vaccine creation is quite obviously in a state of extreme rush. Not to say this WILL mean there are facets that will be glossed over, but at the same time, the likelihood of a fuckup which manifests as a major side effect in all those affected 10 years down the line will be notably higher - to think ANY vaccine can be made in under 2 years is to assume it's ''an easy one to deal with'', with no hitches in the approval process - no less for one as difficult as Corona (see below). Furthermore, with historic examples of diseases given political priority (such as the burger 1976 Swine Flu rush), and fuckups are even more likely to happen, as people who don't know what they're talking about try to sell the first thing that comes out of the lab as a panacea. Lobbying is a very existant thing in the pharmacutical industry (see shit like ongoing Addyi shitshow) - then take into account that whoever can sell the first working vaccine first will become, quite literal billionaires overnight. There is interest in getting this rushed (as much as they try to belay fears that everything is to the highest level of professionalism)
