Next level identification help requested frens.
I believe picrel is a spanish 4 Reales "cob" silver coin. The weight (13.3g) is matching, as well as the aspect.
Those coins are known for being really poorly striked, it was back when Spain started to become really rich from their silver mines in South America in the XVIIth c. but before they had the ability to mass produce quality coins down there.

I'm having difficulties to determine the date or ruler under which this coin was struck, and the spanish colony it originated from. Philip III? IV? VI? Felipe II?..
Venezuela? Peru? Mexico? Chile? Bolivia?..
