They are a sexual wellness company now with an eye on becoming the Amazon of sex with a finger in everything, maybe even 2 fingers. Capital + cash from the merger will give them capital to expand into more sex markets, most likely Onlyfans or become a competitor. Brand power is a strong asset and outweighs this entire deal, not to mention they're being priced less than 10x pro forma EBITDA. SPACs have been popping anyways so this nut is gonna bust hard
