Even if it's not him, I still like his stuff. I'm reading through and he actually has an open letter with the SEC that's rather interesting too. I think he's honed in on one of Citadel's collateral stocks, Equinix. Equinix gets massively pumped every time the market closes then dumps or crabs every day during the open. Equinix hosts a data center for Citadel Securities from what I can see.
