yes some of the blame is on the russia which was already in motion before war,. russia is not that big only 20% of oil/gas exporter to
europe and their economy is size of south korea, so they will be cut off and left to die with their fascist government unless there is revolution like 1991 or new leaders in the house who will save their people.
