Set gas limit to 35 gwei.

if you haven't and you cant trade due to pending transaction that doesn't get mined,

You need to go to MEW, and send an offline transaction of 0 ETH but send it with 40+ gwei
and make sure the nonce value is the same as the pending transaction and it will be overwritten.

how long will it take me to buy Eth on an exchange like HitBTC or Binance and transfer it to metamask with all this fuckery?
