This is another key point. Similar situation with Sushiswap. After the farming period is over, what is the incentive to hold this coin? "You get to farm bAlpha." Well, how much, and will it outdo other yield farms? And if huge tranches of data are being bought with bAlpha, what exactly is preventing this data from becoming "free", ie distributed off-network without having to spend bAlpha to pay for it? If I were a big bAlpha investor looking to make huge stacks, I'd just buy the datasets and resell it offchain, after all, which would ultimately deflate the coin's value. Maybe there's a mechanism in place to prevent that.

How much bAlpha, with how much BDP? That's the calculation people are making in their heads right now, and that's where the risk is.

Oh, so it IS a ponzi scheme. "You get the second token by buying the first token, and the first token might be worth diddly, but the second is worth a lot!" But the second being worth a lot isn't a guarantee, and especially during this coin's first days of upheaval, you'd better be willing to risk your entire stack going poof in an hour. Imagine the bastards who bought at $14 because numbers only go up.
