I prefer to save my money righ now in the form of gold because I have to spend it later on important things as I am still 18 right now and I live at home. Till then I can just sit and relax.

This is what stop-limit orders are for.
I haven't heard about WKHS before this weekend. Set an $11 limit buy last night, got 200 shares. Set a stop-limit sell immediately, nudged it up a bit, and it triggered shortly after.
"Stop 14.50, Limit 14.30" means the order goes active at 14.50 and will accept a price anywhere between 14.30-14.50 (sold at 14.50). If this was a plain sell order with a stop (aka stop loss), the price could've dipped below 14.30 and not sold.
Plain stop sell (aka stop loss) orders turn into market sell orders when the stop price is reached, while stop-limit sell orders turn into limit sell orders when the stop price is reached. No sale is guaranteed, but a stop-limit sell is useful with rapid price swings where you don't want to sell during very rapid drops because you expect it to moon again.
Easy $700 while lounging around drinking coffee. Thank you, horse!
