Imagine, I exercise 250 call option contracts, that's 25,000 shares.

if BBBY hit $3.50, whatever scum sold the naked calls would have to purchase 100x BBBY shares at $3.50 multiplied by however many contracts they sold.

In this scenario, if the same naked call seller had sold 250 contracts, they would need to purchase 25,000 BBBY at $3.50 in which they are obligated to sell to me for .50 cents each. Exercising also intensifies the short squeeze.

25,000 * 3.50 = 87500
25,000 * .50 = 12500

87500 - 12500 = a $75,000 LOSS

I'll gladly sacrifice the option premium to wreck a few of these parasitic naked sellers.
