Women almost always marry up. They won't consider someone who makes less than them. It's in there biology to desire a male that's better than them. It's why most of the more financially successful women you see are all single. These women are the ones that want to focus on their career before settling down, not aware of the fact that female desirability plummets once they pass their mid-20s - something that's linked to a male's instinctual recognition of a fertile female. So once they are ready to settle down and start dating and marry, they're usually in their late-30s or beyond, and no one wants to touch them with a 10ft pole as their chances of a healthy child are extremely compromised. For this reason alone, women should not be pushed into the workforce like men.
