Sup /biz/
/fit/bro here and i am looking for some advice.

This year i have decided to save some money and i am thinking of putting it in mutual funds [medium/high risk] since i have zero experience in investing and it looks like bank deposits have extra low return in my europoor country.

Is this a good idea? I dont have all day to study the market but i want a good way to save up money for a car [1-2 years ahead]

Hey anons,

What would be a good index fund to buy BEFORE the rates rise? Which fields would drop and which would rise, and why?

So far I've looked into it a bit and seen that REITs and Long Term Bond Funds should get slammed after a rate hike, losing their value steadily over the next year or two.
