Wish I had more variety as there all Swiss 20 francs but I do love LMU coins. Divisable, recognizable, cheap. Would like some of the bigger corona type coins and that Mexican one that’s marked w/ the grams. My state collects sales tax tho so it really puts a dent on purchases, try and get a few toz a year tho.

I bought gold coins for 1756-1786/oz, didn't seem too expensive to me. Now it's gone back up, but I'm already finished moving all my savings in the bank to hard assets.

Hedge funds sell gold all the time to cover their losses. Of course that's probably just paper gold. People who buy physical don't usually sell it unless it's their last resort. And it's often not in the form of coins or bars. People from poor countries often buy gold jewelry instead.

Cast in into Mount Doom! I noticed some of the Niue coins don't have her on them, so it feels kind of like a taunt to see her on that one. I'm getting kinda tired of seeing her all over the place, quite frankly. I'm probably just going to start stacking coins that she isn't on in preference to ones that have her face. I mean, not to the point of totally avoiding her coins, but just to get more variety.

I was only talking about France, that's all. But obviously they use the "terrorism" excuse in many countries to clamp down on individual freedoms. That's one of their favorite excuses because, as Christine Austin Fitts puts it, terrorism is the invisible enemy.
