after March 2, before October 2021...if i had to guess, sometime in Q2? All eyes will be on Gensler after his confirmation March 2, his decisions on the Ripple suit will set the tone for the rest of his administration, and digital currency is one of the biggest/most important issues in the financial world today, so I'm inclined to say earlier rather than later. It would be great if his first action was dropping the suit entirely, but I think that's wishful thinking.

What was that new asset class in the amended complaint? Digital asset security? Maybe they'll make a new set of rules and regulations specifically for "digital asset securities."
