Giving it a very last chance before abandoning : can someone help me with these hallmarks?
For reference, it rings like silver, it weights like silver, it's "aux filets" popular silver design from XVIII-XIXth c., touchstone + nitric acid testing confirmed it's silver... but i've no clue where it could be from.
The closest looking ones may be Belgium, but that's not quite there.

Any fren knows the origin of those hallmarks? It was in a lot of random old silver items (goblets, spoons, pocket watches, necklaces,..) i recently won on ebay. I could identify all the other hallmarks, but not this one.
