Dickard Soxx is clearly breaking out. No matter which way you draw it, it's a bull flag, it's a pennant, it's a wedge signaling a bullish reversal. Volume is low and there's resistance at that greater trend going back to October, so it's still sketchy.

But this coupled with the inflation data and Powell's reaction to it, it's hard to ignore the Soxls.
