Limelight Networks Reports Financial Results for the Third Quarter of 2020

•Record third quarter revenue of $59.2 million, up 15% year over year
•GAAP basic EPS of $(0.03) and Non-GAAP EPS of $(0.01)
•Adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million
•issued $125.0 million senior convertible notes due 2025
