I'm not familiar with Spanish law, so better check for yourself. "Profesionales autonomos" is for professional freelancers (AFAIK it requires a vocational or academic degree). Guess that's not applicable to dropshipping. The practical difference from sole trader is mostly a different handling of value added tax affairs where your customers have to pay it to the tax office directly instead via you.

Start as a sole trader until you have the capital to open an LLC. This gets you working (for cheap) and you see whether dropshipping is your thing or what modifications you'd do to your business model (before you enter the business purpose when you register your LLC). Otherwise see to get a (private) loan if you think you need an LLC from the beginning.

That's a good advice for anyone here.
Plus there's a difference between personal debt and business debt. Avoid the first, work with the second.

Third party market studies plus conduct surveys (who, how to brand, channels to reach and distribute), perhaps buy/produce small series and see what works, have some fantasy, put yourself into your prospective customers' shoes. And you should ask the producers of the toys you're about to sell.
Pic related, a very direct survey approach to understand your target audience.
