OK..non-crypto question here.
My IPhone 6s is several years old now and I'm looking to upgrade. My current phone has some problem in the charging port that cant be fixed or cleaned anymore than it is.Nothing worse than keeping it plugged in alooking at it charging and come back a half hour later and its drained. Not covered under thier Applecare shit.
Looking to trade it in or buy a newer one and looking for suggestions. I have Verizon and not looking to change that.
Pic related to something.

Serious question.
I understand stocks so I know why I would buy (for example) Apple vs IBM vs Cat, etc.
I notice that ChainLlnk, 0x , Iota and Steem are all around 50 cents or so...why would I buy one over the other (or better yet, why would you)? They have some differences I realize, but what?

Im 50 years old and let me give you my boomer advice for what its worth.
Congrats on looking toward real estate! It IS the way to long term wealth. Not easy, but worth it!
I got into real estate in the mid-90s. No money down type stuff that failed pretty bad. Bankruptcy in 2001. Lost everything pretty much but gained infinite knowledge and (even better) many contacts. Lucky to have a wife who stood by me and we never gave up.
From 2002 thru 2007 we saw quite a boom..did some rehabs but bided our time and saved all our cash and credit and knew the crash would eventually come, and it did. Bought many properties in 2008-10 on the fucking dirt cheap (bought a 6 unit apt house for 56k cash! and now we get 5600/mo every month clear from it!)
Wife and I own a total of 15 properties and we clear roughly 25k per month. ITS DOABLE JUST BE PATIENT.
Just bide your time til the stock market downturns and when it does, the real estate will follow on the cheap. save your cash and find a real estate mentor in your area.
Good luck frens.

If you have long term goals and you have a good idea you're going to eventually move on from the wagie job, it's actually not that bad. Unlike many others around you, you have valid dreams and can act on them in the future, just taking one step back now to take two steps forward in the future.
Good luck and dont sweat it.

I had the foresight 25 years ago to get a degree that was valuable (pharmacy) and I work as a pharmacist. When I started, the going hourly rate was about $15/hr and now its well over $60/hr in many places. I CHOSE my education and my field...my son (who is 25) is getting his MBA now and is on his way to success...I enjoy what I do and I reap the rewards of it (Im in my 4th of 5 paid vacation weeks now while at my paid-off shore house). If you want to sit and complain, go ahead...just some friendly advice my dad told me : 'Lance,...nobody else but you is gonna live your life so live it the way you want to"

I'm 50 years old...yeah I'm a boomer or whatever...let me give you some advice based on my experience.
In 1997 I started trading on my own. By 1999 I was a millionaire, by 2000 a multimillionaire and by 2003 I was broke and in 2008 I was broke and in a halfway house after serving 2 years in prison for drug use and distribution.
All that taught me a valuable lesson...the hard way.
AND WHAT YOU JUST LEARNED IS LEARNING THE HARD WAY.
Consider it a good tuition payment for life lessons.
I say that because in 2009 I straightened up, started trading again and did it slow and steady and I'm back on millionaire's row.
My nephew got me interested in bitcoin back last October...I just dabbled in it because its unregulated and quite frankly I don't fully understand blockchain and such. Started coming here from /pol/ and when I saw the mania here and on TV last Xmas, I told my nephew I was out...begged him to do the same. I made a tidy 50k while today he is down 75% from his high and just about recouped his initial investment. Old farts like me saw this coming and the young and naive didnt.
You are becoming an old fart of trading...AND THATS THE ROAD TO SUCCESS, JUST HAVE PATIENCE!!!
Good Luck Small Fry
