What I understood from the book(and later found to be true from my own experience) is that everything starts from your thoughts. First there is a thought, then there is action, then actions become habits and habits are what you are made of. Once you find some idea that you just cant stop thinking about, the only way to get that idea out of your mind is to take action on it. You become so obsessed with the idea that you just start taking steps towards it. Also if you keep feeding shit to your mind, you'll have shitty thoughts.
