Has anyone else ecountered this? I'm making ~100k total comp in a relatively HCOL area with only a few years of work xp, and I have no idea how to grow my salary as quickly as I did over the last two years, where I changed jobs twice and went from ~45k to where I am now.
Before it was simply a matter of getting my foot in the door, then changing companies a couple times while asking for a significantly higher salary each time (~45k > ~60k> ~100k), basically running the LinkedIn hustle and spamming resumes. But I feel like that's not going to work at this point since the jobs above this range all want more experience; who's going to hire someone to manage a team when they have ~3 years of experience? Also I'm going to start looking like a serial job hopper.
I'm starting a part-time master's program, but I probably won't finish that for a couple years. Also going for certs. I feel like I hit a wall big time. Please help.

Last night I began to have fantasies of becoming very powerful and stopping everyone from having pumps. I wanted to take their gains away from them, just like they took it away from me. I saw pumps as an evil and barbaric act, all because I was unable to have it. This was the major turning point. My anger made me stronger inside.
