You're doing pretty good. Since you already have 5oz plat, which is kind of a long shot anyway, I would say keep stacking silver/gold at your desired ratio (which seems to be the standard 100/1).
Alternately, get your prep going. Food, water, water purification, seeds, power, guns+ammo, first aid, garden/aquaponic setup, bugout bags skills/knowledge/books, tools etc.

Well, as was implied in the previous convo, most of us won't have to worry about it. Small amounts, lower tax brackets, standard deductions etc all mean that most of us would pay 0%. Large amounts that are reported would need a CPA but would only be taxed UP TO a rate of 28%, any decent CPA would probably get a lower rate.
