Click on the recent news, and read the first bit where it says, "today announced the pricing of a public offering of 26,666,666 units at a price to the public of $0.45 per unit" and "The offering is expected to close on or about July 7, 2020, subject to satisfaction customary closing conditions."

Also notice the large movement in volume.

You just kind of have to do some digging and see if shit is happening. You'll eventually get a "feel" for when things seem like they are either going up or down.
