Bilibili dot shalom is the chinese version of youtube meets crunchyroll. In China, player created content isn't separated from studio created content. This is more youtube than it is crunchyroll, but it's still impressively all about anime.
The stock has a market cap of about $11.8 billion USD, and a PPS of 42.43.

I thought about buying TQQQ and SQQQ and just sell high, buy low but anything I find about it online says that there's decay involved which makes this strategy useless.

Personally I think it makes sense, but after reading that I stayed away from both.

Is the market volatile enough to make this work? What exactly is the decay in an ETF? I thought that was just for options

So in China, people created content isn't separated from studio created content (think youtube vs. netflix). Bilibili is more of a youtube than it is a netflix.
