Dropped .69 on Tuesday because they admitted that past financial disclosures weren't accurate because of bad internal controls.
Cons:
Heavy on debt, cash flow not great at this point. Hiring financial advisers to restructure.

Pros:
Make money of off selling data for oil industry.
