On September 9th, the Dfinity securities lawsuit verdict will be decided behind closed doors. Shortly thereafter, a public press conference will take place in order to inform the public of upcoming developments. I will tell you personally, things are not looking good.

Dominic Williams is now beginning to melt down in various Twitter posts and on Reddit, knowing in his heart what the lawsuit outcome will be. His recent instability may yield some clues towards the full gravity of the situation.

For example, in one last-ditch effort, Dominic Williams tried to attack the very people suing his company, Roche Freedman.
By trying to "expose" Roche Freedman and Ava Labs of crimes that were actually his own doing, not only has his guilt all but been assured, but his evil plot has backfired tremendously. Ava Labs is now filing a lawsuit against the Dfinity Foundation for wiretapping, conspiracy to commit fraud, and libel, among many others. It is very sad and tragic that poor innocent people like Kyle Roche have had to suffer due to one man's deranged lunacy.

Arkham Intelligence's expose was a few brave journalists' attempt to put the final nail in the coffin but the ICP ponzi continued to keep growing somehow. Thankfully due to recent developments, it seems the world has now caught on to Dom's sinister nature. Big names like Changpeng Zhao have publicly called for Dominic Williams' arrest.

It is safe to say that Dominic Williams, known by what were once considered close ones as Dominic Williams is now - but not for much longer - a conman.
