My only problem with farm fish is their diet makes then not such a particularity healthy choice. Farm fish pellet diets make them high in omega 6s, which arent very good for you, and causes them to lose omega 3 fatty acids which are the ones you want.

Wild Salmon has the highest source of omega 3s specifically because of their diet. Same reason range grazing chickens produce higher quality eggs than pellet and corn fed, caged/couped chickens.

It will be interesting to watch this technology develop.
