You don't need to send anything. The ETH wallet you have, also supports ARB ETH. Just gotta swap them. You can use app.dln.trade - which is a cross chain dex

1. Install metamask or whatever add-on wallet you prefer
2. go to app.dln.trade and connect wallet
3. In the upper "bar" (from > to like on pancakeswap and others) you choose "ETH" on Ethereum network (if you click on ETH or whatever it says, a new window will pop up and there you can choose different chains, choose Ethereum and then ETH
4. Below (to) you click where it has the ticker for whatever coin it says, and the same window pops up, and then you choose Arbitrum, and then ETH
5. Then you swap your ETH for arbi ETH
6. When you got arbi ETH, hen you set the upper window to Arbi ETH, and the lower window to KNS (click on arbitrum in the window that pops up) and then copypaste KNS contract into that and then accept ot whatever, and then you swap your arbi eth for KNS, and you now own KNS.

Picrel: Click on one of the tickers in the yellow circles, and the pop up on the right with all the chains will come up.
