I found a strategy, but I don't know if it actually works...

Steps:

1) buy 500 UPRO shares.
2) run the wheel strategy to collect premiums.
3) use premiums to buy deep (and thus cheap) OTM LEAPS calls AND puts.
4) ????
5) profit from every market condition.

Bull market? Profit 1000%+ from deep OTM calls, which outweigh the costs of buying deep OTM puts.
Bear market? Profit 1000%+ from deep OTM puts, which outweigh the costs of buying deep OTM calls.
Kangaroo market? Profit from premiums of running the wheel strategy.
Crab market? Profit from premiums again.
Slow bull market? Profit from premiums again.
Slow bear market? Profit from premiums again.

HOW the FUCK do you lose with this strategy? If UPRO is too "risky," then run the strategy on SPY if you could afford it. Other than that, it sounds fucking perfect...
