1.Don't go to HR.
2.Ask him what can you do to improve, because you really like the job and want to get better at it.
3.At the same time look for another job. It may be something you can't fix and it's good to to have an exit strategy.
4.Don't be hard on yourself. Some managers are just assholes.
5. When you do quit do it professionally. Shit will follow you in this world if you are disrespectful to a manager, and it's not worth your time.

What do you think of Information Systems Science/Business Informatics as a college major?
People seem to get employed immediately after bachelors, which is very rare thing to happen here in Finland, where basically everyone continues to M.sc.

It's like something between a business degree and an IT degree.
