Just remember, since you gonna be new, so your shifts might not be ideal, I was given the opportunity to work nights instead of days, so it has it's pros and cons. Other places have rotating shifts, where you work a few days in the afternoon, and a few at night. Some are monthly rotations which is better and more consistent.

Another is the people you'll work with, they're the salt of the earth. I've met some amazing people in this field, and some real salty ass motherfuckers too. For whatever reason, whether it's personal life issues, substance problems, or just straight up being wired different, some people can be absolute bastards. Many such cases when working with tradies. For the most part, guys who end up in this field are pretty chill in the first place, and the shit-bags are well known by the others, so just take things as they come and try to stay objective. If you stay and get yourself licensed, you'll literally be recession-proof. Good luck and Godspeed fren.
