Hold up just a second, those retards who responded to you are absolutely incorrect. Of course, "bad" is a relative term. But deflation is bad specifically for ECONOMIC GROWTH because it leads to people holding their money instead of spending it. Why buy a camry today when you can buy a corvette in 2 years with the same money? History has shown even small amounts of deflation throw a giant fucking wrench into the spokes of the economy, and the whole thing comes to a screeching halt really damn quick. The job of central banks is, above all else, to avoid deflation at all costs.
